Sensation Divers is located in the north of the Island of Zanzibar, in the colourful and vibrate village of Nungwi. Palm-lined beaches, protected from the clear warm waters of the Indian Ocean by coral reef, provide the perfect setting for a dive location. 

Zanzibar is a separate state within Tanzania, consisting of Zanzibar and Pemba Islands, as well as several smaller islets. The capital of Stone Town, rich in history and cultural heritage, bustles with activity in the markets, which have served as trading centres for slaves, ivory, and spices in the 18th century. The same dhows which sailed the monsoons and linked the Arabian peninsula with the peoples of Africa today sail the crystal blue waters of this Spice Island.

International Airports are in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania and Stonetown, Zanzibar. From Dar Es Salaam you can catch a ferry to Stowntown (approx $50). From here, catch a taxi or a dala dala (Zanzibar minibuses) to Nungwi (approx $2 or TSh 2,000).
